W|N Ranked Nationally Among Top Patent Firms

W|N was again recognized as one of the top patent firms in the country by Intellectual Property Today, a trade journal focused on legal issues in patent, trademark and copyright law. In an article written by members of The Patent Board for the March 2010 issue of Intellectual Property Today, W|N ranked 23rd nationally based on the number of utility patents issued listing the firm as the legal representative, and in last year's ranking, W|N ranked 10th nationally based on the number of patents issued from patent applications that originated in the U.S. Notably, W|N experienced one of the highest year-to-year growth rates in the number of patents obtained for its clients of any of the top 25 law firms. And of the 356 law firms included in that year's ranking, W|N was the only Utah-based firm to break the top 25
