In addition to his work in complex intellectual property litigation, Mr. Roberts has significant experience in patent prosecution, with experience in medical devices, rocket motor technology, computer software, industrial fastening systems, laser measurement systems, and recreational equipment. Licensing and other transactional work has also formed a significant portion of Mr. Roberts’ work experience. He has negotiated and drafted a number of technology licenses and transfer agreements and is experienced in the acquisition, sale, and licensing of all forms of intellectual property. Before joining WN, Mr. Roberts practiced in Chicago.
